This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is handled in FitPlot for Mac.

We Collect No Personal Information Using Our Application

We do not collect, use, save, or have access to any of your personal data recorded in FitPlot for Mac.

Individual settings relating to the FitPlot app are not personal and are stored only on your device. You might also be asked to provide access to your photo library, but this is only so you can insert your photos in FitPlot. We don’t process that information at all and have no access to it.

In addition, if you use a photo inside FitPlot for Mac, location data may be saved (with the image) in the saved file package, but we have no access to that data and it is not shared with anyone unless you yourself choose to share the file.

FitPlot Comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

FitPlot does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
